disclosed. By using our Web sites, you signify

What Information Do You Gather About Me?
We collect only from
you the personal information you voluntarily
provide in order to deliver the best possible
service and to bring you information about
products that we think may be of interest to
you. For example, our Web site contains a
password protected link to your self storage
account from which you can pay your Customer Use
Fee and other associated fees on your current
account, or access to the unit inventory at some
of our locations tor make a deposit to open a
new account and reserve the usage of a self
storage space at a certain location or purchase
ADVANTAGE's products and services (e.g. boxes,
locks, packing supplies). If you decide to place
an order via our Customer Care Center, we ask
you to provide us with information necessary to
process your order, which may include, but not
limited to, name, unit number, password,
physical address, billing address for your
credit card, telephone number, facsimile number,
Email address, company name, title, whether you
are a current ADVANTAGE customer, prior
purchases from the Customer Care Center, and a
credit card or transaction card number,
expiration date, CVV Number/V-Code and billing
address.
We collect your Email address so we can send you
information about your order and its status. We
may also let you know, via Email, about other
notices and updates concerning the property,
your use of the property, your accounts or
reservations, and other products and services.
The credit card or transaction card information
that is collected is used strictly for billing
and payment purposes.
We also collect messages sent through our email
contact links so we can respond to your
questions or concerns.
Finally, we collect information about visitors
to the Web site, including IP address, ISPs, and
browsers. However, this information is not
linked to any personally identifiable
information. We use this non-personal
information to analyze Web site traffic,
distribute the load across our servers and
improve the operation of our Web site. ADVANTAGE
may collect information about your browsing

Does The
Site Use Cookies?
Yes. In order to
identify you and your shopping cart, we drop a
cookie as you move through our Customer Care
Center and online store. A cookie is a small
file that is sent to your hard drive that helps
diagnose problems with our server and administer
our Web site. We will not attempt to gather your
computer hardware or software information or
your demographic information.
The user can always choose to disable cookies in
the browser settings. However, that would
prevent the identification of the user through
each stage of the online buying process and the
ability to view our Web site. The "help" segment
of the toolbar on most browsers explains how to

ADVANTAGE may provide aggregate statistical
information about our customers, but these
statistics will not include personal identifying

Choices Do I Have?

Passwords
If you are asked to
create a password, please use a combination of
capital and lower case letters, numbers and
symbols whenever possible. Using words, your
name or your Email address as your password is
not recommended. Passwords should not be shared
with anyone.
